Sources. Headcount is the TrackVia active-employee roster (view 2568, everyone not marked Inactive): 916 rows / 915 distinct names — two different people are both named Kevin Hernandez. Named individuals come from Employee Departments (view 2870, 96 division×department records): 119 people hold a department assignment. Crews come from Task Team Info (view 2835), where a crew's home division is Task Teams.Division (field 5327); a crew is active if it completed a task within 90 days — 230 of 274, 44 dormant.

Why overhead + field ≠ total. 46 people are in both populations: construction managers appear again as one-person “Super” crews, CM assistants as “Super Assistant”, drivers as “Field Ops - Driver”. 832 on a crew plus 119 department-assigned minus 46 dual-role accounts for 905 of 915 distinct names. Of the remaining 10: 5 are Division Managers (Edward Ray Marshall, Ridge Olson, Ron Bouck, Ronnie Olson, Scott Hammond) — shown on their own division cards, with no other department assignment — and 5 are field employees not named on any crew roster. Quote 916, the roster figure, not a sum.

What is NOT from the ERP. TrackVia has no reports-to field above department manager, so the board, CEO, COO and these titles are hand-authored and cannot be validated against data: Chief Growth Officer, Chief of Recruitment and Communications, Chief Property Officer, Purchasing Manager, plus the COO role itself. Ryan Olson, Scott Hammond and Ben Probst are recorded in TrackVia only as Corporate / Partner. Division Managers are shown in their own block, so the “Division Manager” department is excluded from every overhead count and drill-down — otherwise three divisions would count their DM and two would not.

Known data-quality issues, all upstream in TrackVia. Anyone who left but was never flipped to Inactive still appears — the rollup resolves through Full Name if Active and never consults Termination Date, which is effectively unmaintained. Anyone with a blank Department appears in no department. Three employees are Active while sitting on crews labelled “- Inactive” (Ignacio Alvarado, Ceasar Montes, Francisco Jose Bello). 42 names carry malformed whitespace. Insulation exists as a field trade (1 Orem crew, 3 people), not as a department — there is no Insulation department among TrackVia's 26.
